Sugar House

Offer yourself a trip into time

Discover the authentic feel and look of a real Quebec sugar house dating back to the 30's and operated the same way. See how we collect the sap from the maples with horses and sled.

It's in this old fashioned way that we can receive up to 250 guests.

A memorable and delightful visit in an authentic Quebec ancestral sugar bush.

This is how your trip into time begins:

Once you arrive your must present yourself at the ticket office. It's also the general store where we sell our maple products and other souvenirs.

You are brought to the sugar house, group by group in a sled or wagon pulled by a team of horses. Our SAQ alcohol permit allows us to serve you your favourite alcoholic beverages.

Now get ready to savour our fantastic and authentic sugarhouse meal

or any other menu to your convinience.

This traditional menu has been transmited from generation to generation starting from fine french canadian cuisine

It is served in the Quebec tradition.

All you can eat (when there's none left, more there is)
